Information on the use of the electronic monitoring system installed in the accommodation area

2. We inform you that the service provider – as a data controller – asset protection uses an electronic monitoring system for this purpose, which enables direct observation, image recording and storage. The cameras operating in the service provider's accommodation are aimed at the following area:
Rooms monitored by camera:
- Monitoring the external main entrance of the house.
- Monitoring the external side entrance of the house.
Scope of processed data: the faces of the guests and other persons in the field of view of the cameras, without the voice and other personal data.
The camera system works 0-24 hours.
We would like to inform you that the recording of images and sounds for the operation of the electronic surveillance system is regulated by Szvtv. On the basis of express consent according to § 30, paragraph (2), it is carried out for the purpose of proving violations in order to protect property, as detailed below. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is considered an express consent to data management if you are in the area monitored by the camera and are aware of this information.
3. The legal basis for this data management: asserting the legitimate interests of the data controller.
4. Storage time: Recordings can be kept for a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days if they are not used. Use is considered if the recorded image and other personal data are intended to be used as evidence in court or other official proceedings.
5. Place of storage: seat of the data controller.
6. The following are entitled to view the recording: In addition to those authorized to do so by law, the operators of the accommodation are entitled to view the data recorded by the electronic monitoring system for the purpose of revealing legal violations and checking the operation of the system.
7. Data security measures:
Data transfer is only possible if there is a proceeding due to illegal behavior or breach of obligations, and only to the authorities or courts conducting the proceeding. The transferred data may include recordings made by the camera system containing relevant information, as well as the names of persons who may appear in the recordings.
8. Information about the rights of the person concerned and about legal enforcement
The person whose right or legitimate interest is affected by the recording of image, sound, or image and sound recording data may, within three working days from the recording, request the data manager to destroy the data by proving his right or legitimate interest, do not destroy it.
