The approximately 20-hectare lake offers an excellent opportunity not only for fishermen, but also for everyone who wants to relax. On its cultivated waterfront, hikers are greeted by rain shelters and rest benches - and a fantastic panorama of the mountains.

Hoór-völgye reservoir

A 20-hectare fishing lake above the village of Bogács was created decades ago from the Szoros stream. The main goal was probably not to build the fishing pond, but rather to prevent the occasional large amount of rainwater from Bükk from flooding Bogács and Mezőköves and from raising the groundwater level there.
